Cart

A two-wheeled cart pulled by 1 horse or 2 mules. Renting a cart requires a hiring teamster at 5/day (included in price), plus meals and accommodations for journeys longer than 1 day.

Chariot

A personal transport pulled by 1-2 horses, designed for racing. Can usually transport 1-2 people.

Coach

A four-wheeled wagon pulled by 2 horses, driven by a coachman. Local travel is within a single Town, City or Metropolis. Extended travel is any journey that goes beyond. A single coach can usually transport 10 people and their luggage.

Horse/mule rental

Requires a surety deposited with the owner, up to the entire worth of the animal.

Wagon

A four-wheeled wagon pulled by 2 horses. Renting a wagon requires hiring a teamster at 5/day (included in price), plus meals and accommodations for journeys longer than 1 day.

Sea Transport

Owners of ships must pay ~10% of its value per year in maintenance. This is tracked by paying 1% of its value each Downtime Span there is a Hazard Roll of Expiration.

 

Owners of ships are responsible for procuring the necessary provisions for any journey. A starving crew is likely to mutiny.
