Use this table when potions are mixed together, a creature drinks multiple potions at the same time, or drinks a potion while still under the influence of another.

1 Explosion. 4d6 damage to all within 10 ft, Save vs Agility to half. If mixed internally, the explosion instantly kills the imbiber.
2-3 Deadly poison. Imbiber takes 2d6 Flesh damage, no Save. If mixed externally, produces a cloud of gas and all within 10 ft must Save vs Might or take 2d6 Flesh damage.
4-8 Mild poison. Imbiber must Save vs Might or take 1d6 Flesh damage.
9-15 Transmutation. A brand new potion is created of a random type.
16-25 Immiscible. The effects of both potions are cancelled out.
26-35 Immiscible. The effects of one potion is cancelled out.
36-90 Miscible. Both potions mix harmlessly.
91-99 Miscible. Both potions have their effects doubled.
100 Discovery. The effect of one potion is cancelled, while the other is permanent.
